"The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark."– Michelangelo Buonarroti
The mind is very manipulative. We must use this to our advantage. Discuss yourself in your mind so that you may excel and exceed your "limits" in every endeavor. You must condition yourself in your mind to achieve greatness in your life.

Simplicity
The word Simplicity often has a negative connotation for most people. Simplicity can actually be a very positive and powerful thing. When someone truly knows who they are, things are generally less complicated. Their clear thinking penetrates into their entire lifestyle. When everything becomes clear is usually when all of the clutter of life is pushed to the side to allow a clear view. Life is simple....we make it complicated. Every day you choose which it will be.

Common Courtesy
What ever happened to common courtesy? People walk all over any respect you use to receive. Think about your actions toward others and how obvious your thoughts and intentions toward them really are. Words are cheap, but deeds are priceless. If you care about someone, they will know........even if you never utter one word to confirm it. The same goes for if you don't. Think more and you can talk less.

Quiet

I love it when it's quiet. That's when I hear the best. I hear my own breath, every small sound I often forget or overlook. I'm reminded of the simple pleasures in the silence that is actually quiet loud when you really listen. You have to imagine that these are the sounds that were heard daily when people stood where they were without a cell phone in their ear or a car radio blasting. It's amazing really, the things you can discover and recover when the quietness enters your ear canals. It's like opening a window in your brain so the breeze can blow freely and freshen your every thought. Everyone could use a little quiet therapy.

How much do we really require of ourselves?
I don't know about you, but when I was growing up there were alot more people telling me what I couldn't do than what I could. It seemed like everyone could see nothing but obstacles in my way in every direction. I did have one person in my life who wouldn't listen to all of those negative words from those same people. While I've always been optimistic about life and my capabilities, I have let those people's words infiltrate my brain just enough to still hear their small voices. The person that didn't listen to these thoughts has always followed his dreams. He always pushes past the you can't to the I will. He doesn't always succeed at what he tries, but he always comes out the other end knowing he gave it his all. He is not defeated, just more determined. On the other hand, I find myself sitting still wondering what if.....maybe.....I wonder. In the end, I don't know if I could because I never tried.
So, my question to you is: IS IT BETTER TO TRY AND FAIL.....OR.......IS IT BETTER TO NEVER FALL BECAUSE YOU NEVER TRIED TO STAND?
I would like you to dig deep within yourself and ask yourself this: COULD YOU EVER BE BOLD ENOUGH TO FORGET ABOUT FIGURING OUT WHO YOU ARE AND, INSTEAD, FIGURE OUT WHO YOU WERE MEANT TO BE?
